Chief Engineer

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our growing technical team. As the top technical authority, you will ensure engineering rigor, product integrity, and seamless collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines. This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Direct technical execution across engineering functions. Lead design reviews and enforce best practices.

Project & Resource Management: Align engineering resources with project needs while balancing costs and schedules.

Product Development: Oversee specifications, designs, and system integration to ensure manufacturability and performance.

Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership teams.

Team Development: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and technicians while driving continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects

Strong background in resource planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance

Passion for mentoring and building high-performance engineering teams
