Salary: $42,511 - 74,369 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Acrobat), Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq.
• Solid understanding of front-end development languages: HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS), JavaScript (including AJAX), PHP.
• Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing methods, and information architecture principles.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to interpret data for continuous improvement.
• Skills in interaction design, visual design (UI/UX), typography, motion graphics, and digital marketing strategies including email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git; familiarity with frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for data analysis using Python or other tools is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and clear presentation of ideas.

• Design and create responsive websites utilizing tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Develop captivating visual content including graphics, logos, motion graphics, and UI elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Implement website layouts and functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap, Angular, React, Node.js, and other front-end technologies.
• Optimize websites for SEO by applying best practices in web accessibility and usability standards.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance website functionality and user experience (UX/UI).
• Maintain and update existing sites developed on platforms like WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or custom CMS solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate analytical tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for performance monitoring.
• Ensure website security, adherence to accessibility standards, and compatibility across different browsers.
• Engage in information architecture planning and wireframing to enhance navigation and overall user experience.
• Remain updated on industry trends in digital design, web development frameworks such as AJAX, LESS/SCSS stylesheets, Redux state management, and new technologies like Web Accessibility standards.
