Whether it’s helping someone find the perfect pair of sneakers or sharing insights about the latest streetwear trends, your enthusiasm and expertise will make every visit memorable. This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection and styling tips.
- Building relationships with customers to create a loyal and engaged community of streetwear enthusiasts.
- Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout to showcase our exclusive products.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and product knowledge to share with customers.
- Assisting with inventory management, restocking, and ensuring the store is always ready to impress.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sneaker retail role.
- A passion for sneakers, streetwear, and staying ahead of the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced retail environment during the busy holiday season.
