Position: SAP S/4 HANA Functional Specialist (FICO)

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Job Mode: Contract

Certification Must:

1. S/4HANA Finance Certification

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of SAP FI CO experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA
• SAP Modules: Deep knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax, Bank) and CO (CCA, PCA, PC, PA, IO, ML) & Funds Management, Grants Management, AA, Investment Management(IM)) is an added advantage
• S/4HANA Specifics: Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, Margin Analysis, Fiori Apps, Data Migration Tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit).
• Migration: In-depth understanding of data migration strategies, cutover activities, and delta configurations.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Integration Points: Strong FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-CO integration knowledge.
• Experience in Funds Management, Grants Management, AA, Investment Management(IM)) is an added advantage

Job Description:

• Configuration & Design: FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing, ML, Cash Mgmt), Funds Mgmt, Grants Mgmt in S/4HANA.
• Implementation & Migration: Lead or support end-to-end implementations, system conversions, and data migration (Master/Transactional) from legacy systems.
• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for Finance processes.
• Integration: Ensure seamless links with MM, SD, PP, and third-party systems.
• Testing & Support: Conduct unit, integration, and UAT, resolve issues, and provide post-go-live support.
• Documentation & Training: Create functional specs, user manuals, and deliver training.
• Best Practices: Apply knowledge of New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Group Reporting, and Fiori apps.
