**Overview:**
Venture Smarter is a fast-growing consulting and strategy firm helping businesses scale through innovation, digital tools, and smart solutions. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team and play a key role in driving client acquisition and business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
* Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in sales or business development (2+ years preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong ability to identify client needs and present solutions effectively.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
* Background in consulting, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
