About Us
We are a growing Boston-based real estate development company focused on residential and mixed-use projects across Greater Boston. We are seeking a Property & Leasing Manager to handle daily property operations and lead leasing activities for our portfolio.
Responsibilities：
Property Management
Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Respond to tenant requests and ensure timely service
Conduct regular inspections and maintain compliance with safety and building codes
Manage budgets, invoices, and property records
Support renovation and capital improvement projects
Leasing Management
Manage inquiries, tours, applications, and move-ins
Prepare and execute lease agreements; handle renewals and move-outs
Maintain leasing data, rent rolls, and occupancy reports
Conduct market research on pricing and competing properties
Coordinate marketing materials and listings with internal teams
Qualifications：Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Familiarity with property operations, leasing processes, and real estate software
Proficiency with Office/Google Suite
Mandarin is required
Preferred (Not Required)：
Experience with Boston residential or mixed-use properties
Knowledge of local rental laws and building codes
Basic marketing, photography, or digital content skills
