Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

📍 Location: All Deloitte Locations (India)

🧩 Experience: 5–8 Years

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities across Deloitte locations. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise in core Fusion Finance modules and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Projects, and Expenses.
2. Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose effective solutions.
3. Configure modules and perform functional setup, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
4. Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
5. Work with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migration.
6. Provide production support and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
7. Prepare documentation: MD50, BPAs, Test Scripts, Solution Design.

Required Skills

1. 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials .
2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and industry best practices.
3. Experience in FBDI , OTBI , Reporting , FSM Configurations .
4. Good understanding of integrations, workflow approvals, and security.
5. Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in multi-entity / multi-currency environments.
2. Exposure to Deloitte project environments is a plus.
3. Oracle certification preferred.
