Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and machinery.
• Install, set up, and commission new production equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• X years of experience as an industrial or maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and fabrication techniques (e.g., welding).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience
• Forklift and aerial lift certification
