Job Description

Wits Solutions is seeking highly motivated interns with advanced skills in AI and automation to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who can independently understand complex business functions, identify inefficiencies, and implement intelligent solutions. You will work on high-impact projects that span process optimization, business development, recruitment, and technical automation.

Key Responsibilities:

AI & Automation

• Design and implement advanced AI-driven automation solutions using tools such as Python, machine learning frameworks, RPA platforms, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Build and maintain automation reports and dashboards to monitor performance and business impact.
• Integrate APIs and data sources to create scalable automation workflows.

Process Improvement

• Analyze and optimize existing business processes across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for operational efficiency.

Business Understanding & Solutioning

• Independently learn and understand various business functions and workflows.
• Develop and present innovative solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.

Business Development & Proposal Support

• Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and strategic presentations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Support

• Support recruitment efforts including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Help improve recruitment processes through automation and analytics.

General Business Activities

• Participate in cross-functional projects and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies and initiatives.

Technical Implementation

• Apply advanced technical skills to build automation tools, scripts, and dashboards.
• Work with databases, APIs, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business functions independently.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
