Budtender / Driver (Hybrid) Position

We are ACTIVELY looking for 2 candidates to work a flex position as a Budtender/ Delivery Driver.

MMD Jersey City at 655 Newark Ave. is looking for two candidates to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable, and have strong hospitality experience.

If you are an amazing salesperson who goes above and beyond to be hospitable, this position is your dream.

On top of our hourly compensation and tips, we have three other ways our top salespeople can earn monthly bonuses.

• We offer a profit share percentage of monthly sales to our top 3 sales people monthly.
• We offer/ run weekly sales competitions where you receive in store credit equal to cash, or your choice of available product.
• We prize hospitable service and like to recognize those who put effort into their work. Employee's who do well are given the ability to go and tour the facilities of Brands they sell, as well as receiving swag and other goodies from brands.

In addition to the incentives mentioned above, employees can expect to receive a monthly sample bag of various products we carry in store. We believe the more you can speak to a product from experience, the more likely you are able to connect with a client and make a sale.

• Complete tasks delegated by the supervisor or manager, and treat all team members with respect.

• Must have a New Jersey Driver's License
• Must have your own car
