**Your role at Dynatrace** As part of our global People and Culture Team, the Workplace Experience (WPX) Team is **committed to creating spaces and experiences** that bring our culture to life and support our people-wherever they work. As a **Global Physical Security Manager** , you will lead the development and implementation of Dynatrace's global physical security strategy. You will ensure consistency and compliance with global security policies, manage risks, and safeguard our people, assets, and facilities across all locations. You will work closely with the global WPX team and external partners to evolve our security posture and ensure Dynatrace remains a safe and secure place to work. **Responsibilities:** **Drive Global Security Strategy and Compliance** + Develop and execute Dynatrace's global physical security and emergency response strategy across all offices and regions. + Serve as the primary point of contact for external security and emergency response partners and vendors. + Lead the introduction and global rollout of a Reverse911 tool to enhance emergency communication capabilities. + Ensure compliance with international security standards and local regulatory requirements. + Lead efforts to obtain and maintain relevant security certifications. + Conduct global risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. + Establish and manage access control systems, surveillance, and emergency response protocols. + Champion a proactive security culture across the organization. **Training & Awareness** + Design and deliver relevant, engaging and effective security awareness programs and training for all Dynatracers. + Advise WPX team members globally on local security requirements and best practices. **Security Infrastructure & Documentation** + Develop and maintain a centralized Security Information Hub (e.g., SharePoint) for all documentation. + Create and manage physical security policies, procedures, and incident response plans. + Provide reports and documentation for audits, vendor assessments, and customer inquiries. + Support IT Security teams with ISO 27001-related efforts, including audits, documentation, and implementation of controls relevant to physical security. **Support Innovation & Transformation** + Introduce innovative security technologies and practices to enhance protection and efficiency. + Collaborate cross-functionally on transformation initiatives. + Continuously improve processes and contribute to strategic planning.
