Family Law Attorney - Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

One of my top clients is seeking a passionate and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in Seattle, Washington. They are a client-focused firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation in all aspects of family law. Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of family law matters from inception through trial, including but not limited to:
* Divorce and legal separation
* Child custody and support
* Parenting plans
* Property division
* Domestic violence and restraining orders
* Modifications and enforcement
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
* Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
* Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
* Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Stay up-to-date on changes in family law and related legal areas.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law in Washington state.
* Proven ability to handle cases from start to finish, including courtroom litigation.
* Strong understanding of Washington family law statutes and procedures.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
* Technological proficiency.
