Position: Events and Sales Assistant Schedule: Weekends Off Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to join our team and contribute to our vibrant events and sales initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events that showcase our brand and engage with our audience Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as tracking sales leads and preparing sales reports.
• Manage attendees' registrations and communication before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for new events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Prior experience in event planning or sales assistance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with event management software.
