What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of diesel, truck, or trailer maintenance OR completion of a tech/trade program
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and brake repairs
• Safety-minded, hardworking, and able to thrive outdoors in all weather
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

What You’ll Do

• Keep fleets safe and reliable with preventive maintenance & repairs on semis, trailers, pickups, goosenecks, and service trucks
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brake, and engine systems
• Assemble, prep, and customize trucks—including light aluminum welding & trailer mods
• Perform inspections, complete accurate reports, and keep detailed records
• Work closely with a supportive team while following top safety standards
