Position Title: Dental Assistant

Location: Natick, MA

Status: Full-Time (Monday - Thursday with no nights or weekends!)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused dental practice in Natick, MA. This part-time role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as needed.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
• Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards.
• Support administrative tasks as required, including scheduling, documentation, and patient communication.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Dental Assistant License in Massachusetts (RDA certification) .
• Minimum of 1 year of chairside assisting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with specialty procedures, particularly periodontal surgeries , is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CPR certification preferred.
