Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cellar Assistant to join our team. The Cellar Assistant will be responsible for supporting various tasks in the cellar, ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

Job Description:

-Assist winemaker in day-to-day activities

-Performs all aspects of cellar work

-Cleaning, sanitizing, and sterilizing equipment

-Fermentation punch downs and pump overs

-Harvest processing

-Bottling line assistance

-Vineyard Assistance

Job Requirements:

-Must be authorized to work in the US
-Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
-Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
-Physically able to climb ladders and steps, be on your feet for extended periods in an environment that can be warm, cool, or wet
-Follow safety protocol, good housekeeping practices, and standard operating procedures
-Follow verbal and written instructions
-Forklift skills are a plus but not required
-Willing to work long hours at the height of harvest (5-7 days a week, 10 or more hours per day)

-Previous Harvest experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
